Editing my Flying Photography
This is just a short post about a flight I made to Adelaide River. Although there were rain clouds around I was lucky not to encounter any storms. The recent rain has made the surrounding countryside verdant and with the low laying clouds I was treated to a visual spectacle. Green blue and white combined to form the dominant colours of the pallet I was working with when using my camera.
I include a video on using light room to edit my photographs which suffer from three general problems one is the horizon which is not always straight because the aircraft is not always flying in a straight or horizontal fashion. The second is the haze that appears in the sky and can because by smoke and the dry season or water particles in the wet season. The third is an adjustment which is allowed because I photograph using digital negatives. This allows me to adjust the exposure and other aspects of the photograph.
